No Recyclers Allowed

This sign was apparently in Sandton, Johannesburg, which does not allow the Recyclers in the area.

A lot of people get upset and frustration at them as they cause motorists to drive out of their driving lane to avoid them.

As much as they frustrate motorists, these people are not doing as much harm as some people think they are.

A lot of these people are uneducated or have limited education, unemployed, but they have the desire to clean up the environment and earn money.

They are literally digging in garbage to remove items, so they can recycle them to earn an honest living.

What is your take on this?

Are they a nuisance or are they good?
